Psalm 105:4
Seek the Lord and his strength;
seek his presence continually. (NRSV)

Reflection
Begin by noticing your breath and quieting your thoughts. We invite you to read through Psalm 105:4 in various versions and the quote from St. John of the Cross slowly at least twice. Take a moment to pray for awareness as you move through your day. Return to the prayer for awareness at noon, 6pm and in the evening. At the end of the day reflect on if you were aware of the signs of God’s presence with you through the day. Hold all this in gratitude with God.
