Psalm 62:5-8
5 Let all that I am wait quietly before God,
for my hope is in him.
6 He alone is my rock and my salvation,
my fortress where I will not be shaken.
7 My victory and honor come from God alone.
He is my refuge, a rock where no enemy can reach me.
8 O my people, trust in him at all times.
Pour out your heart to him,

We invite you to meditate on and with trust today. As Hildegard has said, trust will show you the way.
Read through the Psalm slowly. Pause after reading each verse. After reading a verse, with God, think about what that verse means for you. For example, in verse 5, what does it mean for you that your hope is in him? In verse 6 what does it mean to you that he is your rock? What would it look like to be enclosed in this fortress and not be shaken? Make your way through each verse. Perhaps you write down your thoughts. Hold all with God in gratitude and deepening trust.
