Psalm 103:11&12
11 For as the heavens are high above the earth,
so great is his steadfast love toward those who fear him;
12 as far as the east is from the west,
so far he removes our transgressions from us.

Reflection
Inhale and exhale deeply and slowly. Gently read through the verses and quote above. Today we invite you to meet the compass – north, east, south and west. Stand wherever you are and face North (your phone’s map app can help!). Take a moment in prayer to acknowledge God and God’s love for you as you look north. Turn to the East and with open hands pray to receive the day and whatever God has for you. Turn to the South and pray to invite in creativity and play in your day. Turn to the West and with God and open hands, release anything that comes to your mind or heart. Return to the North and give gratitude.
